We’re celebrating MLK Day Glass Street style… with a little elbow grease and a bunch of neighbors! Join Glass House Collective and the greater Chattanooga community for a National Day of Service event honoring the life and legacy of Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr. on Monday, January 21st from 9am to 1pm.

Mark Making Awarded Grant

Mark Making is proud to announce that they’ve been awarded a Community Foundation grant for work in East Chattanooga. Mark Making’s Project Director said, “East Chattanooga is on the brink of rebirth. Energy, excitement, and initiatives capitalizing on the area’s existing assets (community involvement, green spaces, and an existing commercial corridor) are gaining momentum.”

Glass Street Plans Unveiled

Over the past year, Glass House Collective has worked to build momentum, good-will, and a sense of unified effort within the Glass Street community. Through promotion efforts and temporary animations, over 150 residents and local business owners have participated in the re-visioning of Glass Street.
