Q: I understand this is a 3-day festival, open into the evening hours. Will we have our tables up at night?
A: No! We ask that all vendors and organizations take down their tables by 7:30PM as our festival transitions into the DJ/Dance party 7:30-10:30PM.
Q: I’ve sold or presented info at Glass Street events in the past; do I still need to fill out the form?
A: Yes! We want each and every vendor or organization to be accounted for, and our easy-to-use form is the best way to do that.
Q: Will I be provided with a table or tent?
A: No tables or tents will be provided. BYOT&T! (The first ten vendors who sign up will be rewarded with access to a shade tent from East Chattanooga Improvement).
Q: How many attendees do you anticipate for the event?
A: Gospel on Glass has grown in size each year, and we’re now in the third annual run of this amazing concert event (Saturday 3:00-7:30PM)– we anticipate up to 500 attendees, perhaps more, and again a fabulous turnout on Sunday afternoon for our Family Fun Picnic. Overall, we are prepared for around 1,500 neighbors, friends, and guests to attend.
Q: How much does it cost to participate?
A: We are asking that Non-Profit organizations pay $15 for one day or $20 for two days, and for Vendors to pay $25 for one day or $40 for two days. These fees are a show of commitment and support of overall festival logistical costs. However, we are happy to discuss discounts with those for whom any fee would be an impediment.
