Since completing her MBA, Tara has worked with a variety of nonprofits, including CreateHere and CoLab. She is passionate about making a difference in the lives of her neighbors and her work at GHC allows her to focus on the intersection of arts & culture and community and economic development for all.Tara Poole is the rock of the Glass House Collective team. As our chief operations manager, Tara handles most of the organization’s behind-the-scenes work, from managing grants to assisting with program development, and creating masterpieces from spreadsheets that keep our projects on track and our funders happy. From our larger public project reveals to smaller scale and individual engagement programs, nothing happens without some humming in the background. That’s Tara. Her attention to a thousand details and her passion for the intersection of arts & culture and community and economic development for all is key to how we get things done. Grounded by nature Tara recharges by taking walks in the woods with her daughters.
